Laguna Beach Star Arrested!
Well, no one can say The Hills/ex-Laguna Beacher's Lauren Conrad doesn't have a thing for bad boys. Her on-again-off-again boyfriend Jason Wahler is looking at 60 days in the slammer after pleading no contest to one count of battery. He has until May 4 to turn himself in. Back in September, Jason and his model friend Kristin DeLuca were driving down Willshire Blvd. in L.A. when they were forced to stop because a tow truck was trying to move an illegally parked car. Jason, being the nice guy that he is, punched one of the tow truck drivers. Kristin kicked another one and spit in his face. On top of his jail time, Jason was also ordered to attend 36 hours of anger management classes, stay away from all of the victims and go to 104 AA meetings. (His blood-alcohol level at the time of the arrest was almost three times the legal limit). His partner in crime, Kristin, also pleaded no contest and was sentenced to two years of probation. Jason's plea comes just a week after he was arrested for a separate incident in which he is charged with resisting a public officer during an underage drinking raid. Remember, this kid is only 20. Sounds like a stand-up dude. Do you think he deserves to go to jail?
