It looks like love is going to win out for Larry King and wife Shawn Southwick King, as the couple -- who had filed for divorce in April -- are back together and shouting it from the rooftops.
"We love our children, we love each other, we love being a family," King and his seventh wife said in a joint statement Tuesday. "That is all that matters to us. We owe it to ourselves and our children to continue being dedicated to each other. We want to thank our friends for their loyal love and support—for being there for us."
The talk-show host has also moved out of the hotel in Beverly Hills where he'd been staying since the split, and back into the home he shares with his wife and their two sons.
It now appears that all the couple's actions heading toward divorce court were made in haste -- just a few days after papers were filed, King's lawyer announced the proceedings were on hold for at least two weeks. The 76-year-old broadcaster and his 50-year-old wife have reportedly been seeing a marriage counselor and are buckling down to make their union last.
