Could this really be the end of The Hills as we have come to know it?
Well, if you're going by what Lauren Conrad is saying, the answer is um, "maybe".
"It's coming to a point where I love this show so much, but I'm ready to kind of walk away," LC told Extra. "I've been doing it for five years now. Five years on TV is a really, really long time."
It seems Lauren has grown tired of, shocker of all shocks, the drama!
"It's more difficult when not only everyone knows about your problems, but they make them worse because things escalate and things get twisted," she says. "It's hard to have an actual friendship be torn apart in the media."
You don't say?
But, have no fear Hills fans, you can still get your fill of the fabulous life of at least one of the girls, as Lauren's friend Whitney Port is definitely getting her own show called The City.
"I'm so proud of her for this next show," she says. "I think in The Hills she never really let them film her personal life. She hasn't really experienced the whole 'put your personal life on TV thing.'"
Right, and that's want you would want for her, after all of your relationships turned out so peachy.
