Lindsay Lohan is not seeking a restraining order against her father, a lawyer for the actress told Access Hollywood.
Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, told Access on Monday that reports the star is filing a cease and desist letter or a restraining order against her dad, Michael Lohan, are "not true."
