Forget wearing your heart on your sleeve -- LeAnn Rimes is wearing her devotion on her torso! At Lollapalooza this weekend, Rimes, 28, showed off some new body art: her wedding vows to actor Eddie Cibrian, printed on the right side of her rib cage. But unlike those vows, this tattoo is not 'til-death-do-us-part; Rimes has revealed that it was only a trial run.
"Too funny! I got a stencil not a tattoo!" the country singer tweeted on Monday. "Its not 'news'... however, I can't get it off. In search if rubbing alcohol I think!"
The temporary tattoo reads: "You gave me the courage to be truthful. I promise to give you the comfort to be trustful." A nice wedding vow -- but kind of a mouthful for a tattoo, as Rimes soon realized!
"It's too big...condensing it down and thinking on it," Rimes explained on Twitter.
Rimes was catching the music festival in Chicago, where hubby Cibrian is filming his series The Playboy Club. The couple married in April, after a controversial courtship: They were both married to other people when they got together in 2008. Perhaps Rimes wants this tattoo to prove to the world that this marriage will last -- in which case, she should probably get it in permanent ink!
