LeAnn Rimes may not be celebrating her own engagement quite yet -- but the singer is sending good vibes out to ex-husband Dean Sheremet, who has popped the question to his new girlfriend, photographer Sarah Silver.
"Congrats to @deansheremet and @sarah_silver on your engagement!" the Grammy winner, 28, twittered Saturday. "A little birdie told me the happy news last night. Wishes for a life full of happiness."
To drive home her support for the newly engaged twosome, Rimes added to her congratulatory message. "To those who might doubt her sincerity, my congrats is from my heart," she wrote. "Sorry if you don't understand it. I do not need the publicity, I get plenty. please stop passing (judgment)."
Last week, Rimes and boyfriend Eddie Cibrian denied rumors that they were prepping to walk down the aisle.
"Even though this is positive 'news,' it's not true," Rimes said of the E! News report that the couple was engaged. "Imagine all the negative 'true stories' they've reported over the last year that aren't true either."
