Simple S'Mores

This easy and scrumptious twist on S’Mores doesn't even require a campfire! Simply prepare chocolate chip cookie dough (use a prepared mix or even a slice-and-bake product), press the dough into miniature muffin tins and bake. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately insert a Rolo candy into the center of each, and top with mini marshmallows. Put the muffin tin back into the oven for an additional few minutes to make the marshmallows brown and puff. To make these treats even more decadent, drizzle melted chocolate chips on top. They're bound to be a huge hit as the winter weather starts to kick in!
