The lemon juice adds zip to these chicken breasts.
|1/2 cup lemon juice||1 tsp dried tarragon|
|1/4 cup vegetable oil||2 lb boneless skinless chicken|
|1/4 minced cup fresh parsley|
In a large ziplock bag, combine first 4 ingredients
Add chicken, seal, and refigerate for 4 hours
Drain and discard marinade
Grill chicken over medium-low coals until juices run clear, turning several times.
