    1/2 cup lemon juice 1 tsp dried tarragon
    1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 lb boneless skinless chicken
    1/4 minced cup fresh parsley

      In a large ziplock bag, combine first 4 ingredients

      Add chicken, seal, and refigerate for 4 hours
