    Ingredients

    14 ounces (1 can) sweetened condensed milk 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
    zest of 1 lemon 2/3 cup cold heavy cream
    1/4 cup lemon juice

      In a medium, freezer-safe bowl, combine the first 4 ingredient; set aside.

      Using an electric mixer, whisk cream until it holds soft peaks

      Stir a third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the remaining cream in 2 additions, being careful not to overmix.

      Cover bowl with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours.
