| 6 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves | 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice | |
| 1/4 cup margarine | 1 teaspoon tarragon | |
| 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Place chicken in a shallow baking pan
In a small saucepan, melt margarine
Stir in mustard, lemon juice, tarragon, and salt
Pour over chicken
Bake chicken for 45 minutes or until cooked through
Spoon sauce from pan over chicken.
