    6 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1/4 cup margarine 1 teaspoon tarragon
    3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt

      Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

      Place chicken in a shallow baking pan

      In a small saucepan, melt margarine

      Stir in mustard, lemon juice, tarragon, and salt

      Pour over chicken

      Bake chicken for 45 minutes or until cooked through

      Spoon sauce from pan over chicken.
