|6 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves||3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice|
|1/4 cup margarine||1 teaspoon tarragon|
|3 tablespoons Dijon mustard||1/2 teaspoon salt|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Place chicken in a shallow baking pan
In a small saucepan, melt margarine
Stir in mustard, lemon juice, tarragon, and salt
Pour over chicken
Bake chicken for 45 minutes or until cooked through
Spoon sauce from pan over chicken.
