'Life of Pi' (Nov. 21)

Short Story:
Meet Pi Patel (Suraj Sharma). He's the son of a zookeeper whose family is moving to Canada via freighter ship. But when the family's freighter crashes and sinks, Pi finds himself adrift in the Pacific Ocean. But he's got company -- a tiger, hyena and zebra. Oh, my!

Good for Kids?
The film's PG rating doesn't warn for much (mostly emotional thematic content and scary action sequences), but Common Sense Media still says Life of Pi is "a movie best suited for older kids."
