|1/2 cup sour cream, nonfat||3/4 teaspoon onion powder|
|2 tablespoons mayonnaise, reduced-fat||1/4 teaspoon garlic powder|
|2 tablespoons buttermilk, fat-free, or low-fat||1 scallion, white and green parts, finely chopped|
|1 tablespoon lemon, juice, fresh||1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, finely chopped|
|1/4 teaspoon pepper, black ground|
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
