|15 fresh sour or sweet Bing cherries, pitted, plus more for garnish||Lime sorbet|
|1/4 cup agave nectar||Lime- or cherry- flavored club soda|
|1/4 cup maraschino liqueur||1 lime, cut into wedges, for garnish|
|1 cup silver tequila||Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish|
|1/2 cup fresh lime juice|
Combine the cherries, agave nectar, and maraschino liqueur in a blender and blend a few times to coarsely chop the cherries. Transfer to a pitcher and add the tequila and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate until very cold, at least 2 hours.
Put a scoop of sorbet in each of 4 margarita glasses, divide the cherry mixture among the glasses, and top off with club soda. Garnish each glass with a cherry, lime wedge, and mint sprig.
