Pour this bubbly, lime-infused drink into prosaic little Dixie cups, and in a few hours you have the most beautiful green frozen pops. When serving, arrange in sets of three to mimic a shamrock.
|1 1/2 cups plain seltzer||Dixie cups|
|Juice and zest of lime||Lollipop sticks|
|1 tablespoon sugar|
Combine the seltzer, lime juice and sugar in a blender and mix for 30 seconds. Add the lime zest and pulse 5 seconds more. Divide the liquid among 5 Dixie cups. Place on tray and freeze for 5 ½ hours, inserting lollipop sticks into the center of each 1 ½ hours after putting them in the freezer.
Remove the paper cups from the pops and serve immediately!
