Lindsay Lohan Arrested for Assault

Lindsay Lohan was determined to make 2012 her comeback year, but it didn't exactly go as planned. The low point came in November, when the Liz & Dick star was arrested for punching a woman in a New York City nightclub. The same week, she was hit with two more criminal charges for allegedly trying to cover up a car accident in Los Angeles in June. To top it all off, Lohan's bank accounts were seized by the IRS due to $230,000 in unpaid taxes. On Jan. 15, Lindsay will head back to court, where she'll find out if she's headed to jail for probation violation -- again.
