Lindsay Lohan Parties Hard in NYC

Though most sources say LiLo has avoided alcohol, the troubled starlet has been spotted at clubs all over the city

Lindsay Lohan may have a lot on her mind, as she's still facing a felony charge over the whole stolen necklace debacle. But her worries don't seem to be stopping her from having a good time.

The actress, 24, spent the last week n New York City, hitting up the Big Apple's hottest clubs and making appearances all over town. She reportedly managed to visit seven of the city's trendiest bars and clubs in only four days.

On Thursday night, Lohan hung out at Riff Raff's, where sources say she stayed away from alcohol. The clubgoer said LiLo was "with a girlfriend and she was clutching onto her signature can of Red Bull. She was definitely in a partying mood."

Later, the girls hit up SL and 1Oak where Lohan continued to blow off steam in a healthy way.

"She was in a great mood having a good time catching up with friends, dancing," said a spy. "She was under a microscope because people were waiting to see if she was going to drink, but she didn't."

Though multiple sources say Lohan did not touch an alcoholic beverage while hanging out, one begs differ.

"Saturday night at (new restaurant) Beauty & Essex, Lindsay was at a table with her brother and sister," a witness said. "She was ordering and drinking cocktails, texting nonstop, taking pictures and acting a little crazy."

Even if Lindsay has been laying off the alcohol, all of this partying could lead to more trouble. Under the parameters of her probation, Lohan is prohibited from going to places where alcohol is the primary item of sale -- something she seems to be forgetting.

L.A. criminal defense attorney Steve Sitkoff chimed in on the situation, telling, that Lindsay's recent activities may or may not hurt her legal case.

"A prosecutor could very well collect evidence that Lohan's been frequenting these places as grounds for a probation violation or having her bail revoked, which could lead to jail time," he says. "However, the definition of a place where alcohol is the chief item of sale is sometimes murky, especially if the establishment also doubles as a restaurant."
