Lindsay Lohan is ready to have the master of celebrity interviews ask her some tough, tears-inducing questions.
The often-troubled actress is set to sit down with Barbara Walters for a one-on-one interview, E! News confirms. Considering how well known Walters is for making her celebrity interviewees open up and weep with emotion, expect a pretty memorable meeting between the famous journalist and the infamous starlet, 26.
Sources tell E! that Walters met with Lohan, who has recently been in the news accusing her mother Dina Lohan of being unstable and on cocaine, during her visit to the set of LiLo's Lifetime's television movie, Liz & Dick. Walters got a sneak peek behind the scenes at some key scenes and then conducted preliminary interviews with Lohan.
The big one-on-one is set to premiere some time before the debut of Liz & Dick, which is scheduled to air Nov. 25. Likey to be brought up: Lindsay's recent issues with her mother Dina, with whom she has a fiercely contentious relationship.
"I'm supposed to go home, and I'm afraid she's going to do the same s*** that I was describing to you, arrest me like she did to you," Lindsay told her father in a phone call made public by TMZ. "We had a fight...She just said I'm dead, I'm dead to her now."
In the background, mother Dina can be overheard, "That's right, you're dead to me."
"She's like the f***ing devil right now," Lindsay said to her father.
According to sources, LiLo agreed to the Q&A out of respect for Walters' career and history interviewing celebs.
