Remember when Lindsay Lohan was going nuts, back in the summer of 2007, and she had some crazy car chase with her former assistant and the assistant's mom, before crashing her SUV and getting arrested? Well, now the three men who were riding with Linds are suing the actress.
Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro are seeking unspecified damages in the case. According to the lawsuit filed in a Santa Monica court, the men say Lindsay "angry and aggressive" and that they "felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan's surprising and sudden act."
"Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed," the lawsuit says. "Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death. She also stated that because she was a celebrity she could do whatever she wants."
So , what does Lindsay's camp say about this?
"Absurd," was the word her attorney used. "These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in."
What's your take on this? Should Lindsay pay up? Does it matter that nobody was hurt, or if, by chance, the boys were having a good time while Lilo went bonkers?
