Lindsay Lohan Talks Sex and Regrets in 'Playboy'

LiLo opens up in a revealing new interview. Plus, the actress loses $10,000 in cash when her purse is stolen in Hawaii!

By now you've probably seen (or at least read about) the leaked Lindsay Lohan photos from Playboy. But her naked body isn't all she revealed to the magazine. In the accompanying interview, the 25-year-old admits that she should have done things a little differently over the past few years.

"Looking back, I probably would have listened to and taken more advice from the people whom I admire and would have followed through with it more," Lohan tells Playboy. "My stubbornness at 18 and 19 years old got in the way."

The Mean Girls actress adds that since her rebellious teens, she's learned "that ultimately we are each responsible for ourselves and our actions."

"During the past five years, I've learned that time flies faster than you think, and because you only live once you have to learn from your mistakes, live your dreams and be accountable," declares the actress.

As for her decision to pose nude, Lohan says that she believes every woman should be confident in her body.

"It's a very male-dominated world to begin with, so knowing yourself and being comfortable with your body is an important thing for me as a woman," she says.

Lohan, who has dated both men and women, quotes her idol Marilyn Monroe in talking about her sexuality.

"Sex and sexuality are a part of nature, and I go along with nature. I think Marilyn Monroe once said that," says the starlet. "I certainly agree with her."

Lohan's Playboy photos and interview were originally supposed to be kept under wraps until Dec. 15, when she's scheduled to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. However, since the photo and cover leaked online last week, Hugh Hefner decided to officially publish the spread online on Sunday, and move up the release date of the January/February issue to Dece. 16th.

"The Lindsey Lohan issue will make the perfect Christmas issue for men in your life--father, son, husband, boyfriend, whoever," Hefner tweeted on Saturday.

Hefner also stepped up to take credit for the photo shoot's concept: a tribute to Marilyn Monroe's famous pictorial in the premiere issue of Playboy.

"The Lindsay Lohan tribute to Marilyn was my idea because I thought it would make it truly memorable," the publisher revealed on Twitter.

And really, if there's one thing you can say for Lindsay Lohan this year, it's that everything she's done has been memorable.

That includes having her purse stolen in Hawaii this past weekend. According to TMZ, a local returned the $5,000 Chanel bag to Lindsay the following day, with most of her valuables still in it. The purse was short one thing, however: the $10,000 in cash LiLo was toting around. Celebs -- they're just like us!
