8:00 p.m. ET -- New Video! Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?
The first lady has dinner with the Halls, a family outside of Orlando and they do the cooking! Can you imagine how nervous they must have been? The first lady's office said they were chosen because of the changes they made to their diet, mainly after Kern Halls, 37, learned from his doctor that if he didn't start taking better care of himself, he could be in trouble.
Watch as the first lady sits down for a dinner of lightly jerked chicken, zucchini, squash, brown rice and salad.
6:50 p.m. ET -- The Neighbors Know Who's Coming!
In this gated community, it seems the secret's out. There are several people standing on their lawns, taking pictures, hoping for a glimpse of the first lady. We head inside for what is called a spray of the event -- that means we can just take a few pictures and listen for a few minutes, and then we'll be escorted out so Michelle Obama can enjoy some private time with this family. After all, it's hard enough cooking for the first lady -- harder still trying to have a conversation with cameras capturing their every move!
6:20 p.m. ET -- Wheels Down Orlando!
The last city in this five city, three day national tour. I hoped to take some pictures upon arrival but couldn't find my phone. The fatigue is starting to show! We board the motorcade for the half hour drive outside of Orlando, where a family of four is awaiting the first lady. Wonder what the neighbors will say when the motorcade pulls up and the first lady steps out?
4:45 p.m. ET -- Michelle Obama Reassures Her Girls Before Campaign, Win Or Lose, They'll Be Great
Here's my post filled with so many great nuggets from the first lady on how she's preparing the girls for the campaign and getting ready herself.
4:34 p.m. ET -- Michelle Obama, WebMD Experts & YMCA Take Questions About Keeping Kids Healthy
Michelle Obama on keeping girls healthy on the road:
"When we're on the go, you have to make due with what's out there," she said. She let's the girls choose between a "fun lunch" (anything they want) and a healthy lunch when they are on the road.
"Dessert is that sometimes treat," the first lady said, revealing the girls only have dessert on weekends - even when they are traveling.
On healthy snacks:
The first lady likes peanut butter and apples or honey and apples before workouts.
On her workouts:
"The president and I work out every single day. We mix it up," she said, adding that they do everything from cardio to kickboxing to pilates and stretching. She and Malia like to play tennis, the president and Sasha like to play basketball. "I did a zumba class over vacation, which was a ton of fun," she added.
3:31 p.m. ET -- Hello, Florida
We just arrived at Homestead Air Reserve Base in Homestead, Florida and will heading momentarily to a local YMCA where the first lady will participate in a forum on Let's Move, sponsored by WebMD and the YMCA.
