Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on Lost, is being sued for sexual harassment.
According to a lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, a former show employee, Chelsea Stone, claims that Ian got a tad bit inappropriate with her while she was working. Chelsea says the actor placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.
Um, ew. But it gets worse.
She also claims Ian "placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side." He then squeezed her breasts with his hands.
Yeah, I definitely only let people I like do that to me.
According to the lawsuit, Chelsea was fired 12 days later. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants. She is seeking unspecified damages.
