You'd better get your fill of Matthew Fox on the final season of Lost -- premiering tonight on ABC at 8 p.m. ET -- because the actor says that once the series ends in May, he's not shooting any more TV series.

"I won't be doing any more television," Fox, 43, told UsMagazine.com. The onetime star of Party of Five says that he's had his fill of work on the small screen. "I've done two six-year shows, about 300 hours of television. I'm done with that."

Fox says he's looking forward to spending more time with his family -- wife Margherita, daughter Kyle, 11, and son Byron, 8 -- and moving them back to his home state from their current home in Hawaii, where Lost films.

"My family will move to Oregon, back to the country I love," he said. "I miss the four seasons climate. We're building a house up there, and I'll be closer to my brothers and my mother. Our kids will be closer to their first cousins."

As for where Fox will pop up next, well, even he's not sure. "I'm either going to make movies with filmmakers I want to work with or I'll be doing something else entirely," he says.

He does know, though, that his past six seasons as Dr. Jack Shephard is a time he will never forget. "Being in Hawaii and working here has been an incredible, fantastic experience," he says. "Hawaii and Lost has been a great thing for me."

The final season of Lost begins tonight on ABC.
