Reminiscent of a tequila sunrise, this Peruvian-born cocktail ‑- named after one of the most exquisite places on earth ‑- is quite festive! It's deep green (thanks to a bit of crème de menthe) on the top and orange in the middle, and the grenadine sits on the bottom (but soon starts to rise). This is a fun cocktail to make and serve with colorful straws and umbrellas.
