How Much is That Doggy (or Kitty) in the Window? Um, Free! Happy Holidays!

A Macy's in San Francisco fills its holiday windows with cats and dogs, and there are live cameras to watch it all unfold!

We thought we loved holiday windows. We thought we'd seen it all. But nope! We've just learned that Macy's Union Square in San Francisco hosts adoptable puppies and kittens as part of their holiday display. We'll give you a minute to say "awww" and squee your brains out.

Don't worry though, the little loves have plenty of food, water, hidden litter boxes and cat nap areas, as part of this partnership with the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. There will be volunteers on hand from the SF SPCA to help answer questions about adoptions and potentially send the pups and cats to a forever home (please adopt shelter animals!).

Here's the best part, if you can stand it. There are four puppy and kitty cams. Four! And they'll be up through January 5th so it's good thing you're not busy during the holidays.

Get thee to cuteness here:
