Why we love it: These twinkly vases add a gorgeous glow to your mantle.

What you need: Cylindrical vase; twine; scissors; hot glue gun; hot glue sticks; and 1 string of clear lights.

How to make it: Use hot glue to secure the end of the twine at the base of the vase. Wrap the twine tightly around the vase from bottom to top. Cut the twine from the spool, and adhere the end with hot glue. Let dry. Insert the lights into the vase. Let the string drape out from the back, and insert the plug into the outlet.
