chime in nowAfter struggling with her weight in college, entertainment reporter Maria Menounos fights hard to stay in tip-top shape. The 34-year-old --who dazzled on the last season of Dancing with the Stars -- fearlessly trains for World Wrestling Entertainment celebrity matches regularly, in addition to hitting the gym up to four times a week with trainer Astrid McGuire, according to Shape magazine. Her bootcamp-style workouts include raised push-ups, circuit training and steep-incline treadmill routines. Her favorite exercises? "Floor-based Pilates, some lunges and squats," she says. And just to spice things up, she'll hit the hiking trails with her boyfriend Kevin Undergaro and their dogs, and has been known to take him on one-on-one in basketball.
