TV correspondent Maria Menounos is far from prissy when it comes to getting a good workout. "I play a lot of basketball. I have a lot of the guys come over and we'll play basketball in my yard or in an indoor court," she said recently. Even when traveling to cover award shows or entertainment events, the 32-year old is sure to get in quick, yet effective, workouts in her hotel. "I may do some sit-ups or push-ups, crunches in my hotel room." The trick is not "beating yourself up." Get out with the guys for a game of b-ball. Running up and down the court is excellent cardio and a winning jump shot is a sweet reward!
