NSD: What was your big turning point-either during the show or before that made you realize you needed to lose the weight?
Once I was eliminated and went home, I realized that I really was feeling better after exercising.
NSD: What is one thing you wish you had known before going on The Biggest Loser?
That if I would have exercised several times a week, I wouldn't have gotten so big and unhealthy.
NSD: Did you think it’s harder or easier to be on the show with a family member as a teammate as opposed to competing by yourself?
I don't think I could have done it alone or with anyone other than my son. He has inspired me to get myself healthy and to never stop. I would never want to let him down.
NSD: If you could have done one thing differently during the show, what would it be? Probably try not to avoid the water and bang into the concrete.
NSD: What was the hardest thing to adapt to while being on the ranch?
Not having any contact with my family.
NSD: What is one thing that keeps you motivated?
I think about how I felt before coming to the ranch.
NSD: What is your favorite workout?
The rowing machine
NSD: What's the best advice Bob or Jillian has given you?
I have very bad knees and Bob said to just keep working out slowly and not to stop.
NSD: What is your favorite meal or snack?
Kashi GoLean Bars
NSD: What's something viewers at home wouldn't know from watching the show?
That we are working out much harder than what you see. Also, that viewers are only seeing 1 percent of what is actually being taped.
Watch The Biggest Loser on Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
