Pop diva Mariah Carey recently celebrated her 42nd birthday with a baby-bump paint job! The mom-to-be, who is expecting twins in the next couple weeks, tweeted a pic of her baby bump, which she decorated with a giant butterfly and the phrase "Dem babies" -- her Twitter hash tag referencing her soon-to-be kiddos.
