Your kids may be asking for an Elmo doll or a new bicycle for the holidays -- but Matt Damon thinks you should get them a water bottle instead.
The actor and co-founder of Water.org (an organization that works to supply clean water to the nearly 1 billion people who lack access to it) created a hilarious new holiday video to raise awareness for his cause. In it, Damon, 41, plays Santa Claus trying convince young kids that they should ask for water bottles for Christmas this year. After all, 100 percent of the proceeds go the clean-water cause.
But the kids aren't convinced. "If you were stranded on a desert island, would you rather have this water bottle or Justin Bieber?" Santa Damon asks a little girl. Unfortunately, he doesn't get the answer he was hoping for.
And to further entice the children, Santa offers them water bottles signed by Matt Damon. "Who's Matt David?" a young boy asks. "You've got to be kidding me," Damon replies. "Haven't you seen the Bourne films?"
