Matthew Fox may soon have a bigger problem on his hands than a mysterious, time-traveling island. The star of ABC's Lost has been accused of cheating on his wife of 18 years, Margherita Ronchi -- with a stripper. The blond beauty in question, Stefani Talbott, has told InTouch Weekly magazine that she and Fox, 43, engaged in an affair that began last July.
Talbott, 35, claims she met Fox (who has two children with Ronchi) when he visited the club where she works in Bend, Ore. "I was dancing onstage, and I made eye contact with him immediately. I got so excited," says the exotic dancer, who also mentions that she was once a big fan of the actor's hit drama from the '90s, Party of Five.
She goes on to say that Fox purchased four $20 private dances from her and invited her back to a house where he was staying with friends. "We sat around and talked about his show. He complimented me and was saying how down-to-earth I am. He told me he was going to be in town for a couple of days," Talbott tells the magazine.
Talbott, who has also gone public with her story in the National Enquirer, goes on to say that Fox did not go out of his way to hide their affair. "He didn't tell me to keep it a secret or anything. He didn't even use protection. He didn't seem concerned at all."
The New York Daily News reports that Andi Watson, a cab driver who allegedly drove Fox and Talbott claims he witnessed evidence of the affair firsthand in December. Watson says, "They kissed and touched each other in the cab," adding, "they were more romantic than before, kissing a lot more and hugging each other."
