Sometimes the traditional spinach-dip-in-a-bread-bowl seems way too played out. For those occasions, mix things up with a quick-blended feta cheese dip, punched up with fresh garlic and basil.
|1/2 pound feta cheese||2 cloves garlic|
|1/2 cup basil leaves (packed)||1/3 cup chopped dry (not oil-packed) sundried tomatoes|
|1/2 cup olive oil|
Whir all ingredients together in a food processor until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to a week.
