Sometimes the traditional spinach-dip-in-a-bread-bowl seems way too played out. For those occasions, mix things up with a quick-blended feta cheese dip, punched up with fresh garlic and basil.

| 1/2 pound feta cheese | 2 cloves garlic | |
| 1/2 cup basil leaves (packed) | 1/3 cup chopped dry (not oil-packed) sundried tomatoes | |
| 1/2 cup olive oil |
Whir all ingredients together in a food processor until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to a week.
