Though there has yet to be a settlement, we're keeping our eyes on Mel Gibson and Robyn Moore, since there's a good chance they could end up having the most expensive divorce in Hollywood history. The couple, who split after 28 years of marriage, never signed a prenup. Unfortunately for Mel's wallet, California law states that community property—which includes earnings—is divided 50/50. In 2006 Mel's worth was estimated at $900 million, which could leave Robyn with a settlement of a whopping $450 million. Now that's an expensive way to get into the history books!
