Robyn Moore, the actor's wife of nearly thirty years, signed the divorce papers—which cite "irreconcilable differences"—the day before the holiday. Sources say that there is no prenuptial agreement and under the laws of California, community property—which includes Mel's estimated fortune of $900 million—is divided 50/50.
