Summer’s melons are sweet and refreshing—a perfect base for a soothing cocktail in the sultry heat. Taste the tropical twist with the addition of sweet mango and tangy pineapple. With a dash of coconut water, it’s delightful and good for you!

| 2 cups frozen mango chunks | 4 cups ice, divided | |
| 8 ounces coconut water | 2 cups fresh melon (such as cantaloupe) | |
| 1 cup light rum, divided | 1 cup pineapple juice |
Mango Melody: In a blender pour mango, coconut water, 1/2 cup rum and 2 cups ice. Purée until smooth. Pour into bottom half of glasses.
Melon Melody: In a blender pour melon, pineapple juice, 1/2 cup rum and 2 cups ice. Purée until smooth. Pour on top of Mango Melody in each glass.
Garnish with an edible flower such as a nasturtium or pansy. Serve.
