For every Jackson career high, there always seemed to be a personal drama to overshadow it. His third child, Prince Michael Jackson II, was born in February 2002 (mother unknown), and in November of that year, Jackson made "Wacko Jacko" headlines and outraged parents around the world when he was photographed dangling the baby over a hotel balcony in Berlin.
