Michael Lohan is currently recovering from emergency surgery, after being rushed to a Newport Beach hospital on Monday.
According to TMZ.com, Lohan began experiencing chest pains while at a doctor's appointment. After expressing his discomfort, a nurse took his blood pressure to find that it was a staggering 200/110. She immediately called 911.
On Tuesday, Lohan underwent surgery that determined he has a blockage in the posterior interventricular artery of his heart. Sources say doctors are treating the condition and Lohan is expected to make a full recovery.
This isn't the first time Lindsay Lohan's dad has experienced heart trouble. In 2010 he underwent an angioplasty to unclog other blocked arteries.
