The questionable relationship between Michael Lohan and his ex-fiancee Kate Major just gets creepier as each day passes.
Last week Major filed a domestic abuse claim against LiLo's dad -- though he denied the abuse and claimed their upcoming wedding was still on. Now Lohan is reportedly attempting to sell nude photos of the journalist -- and they've finally hit the brakes on their short-lived relationship.
The photos were allegedly taken in April 2010, and they show Major topless in bed with her eyes closed. Her left hand is on her face, and she's wearing the engagement ring Lohan gave her.
"Michael Lohan is a disgusting human being and father. He took these pictures of me when I was asleep and without my knowledge," Major said in a statement, after getting wind that the photos existed. "At the time he was my fiancé. I have just found out about these images today and moving forward my lawyer, William O'Conner, will be handing the legalities of anyone that reproduces them."
As usual, Lohan had something to say on his own behalf, but his defense isn't doing much for his already-slimy image.
"She has no money, no job and she's been living off of me for the last 8 months… and her dad just cut her off," Lohan said of Major, who he asked to marry earlier this year. "If she doesn't stop the nonsense, more and more will come out. I am tired of being used and people who need to make up stories to make money off others. I have more important issues to deal with than Kate Major."
