Ever since Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps was photographed smoking pot out of a bong, he's been mum about the incident. Now, he's speaking out, and he's chosen NBC's Matt Lauer to do the interview.
The interview will air on the Today show on Friday, March 13 and again on Sunday, March 15 on Dateline.
