I haven't met a kid yet who doesn't love Big Bird so it's a sure bet that when children see the darling yellow giant talking healthy eating and living with First Lady Michelle Obama, they'll pay attention. Will it make them want to eat more vegetables or move their bodies just a little bit more? That's a bigger question and certainly the hope of Mrs. Obama and the Sesame Street team. Together they're unveiling new PSAs as part of the third anniversary of the first lady's Let's Move campaign to fight childhood obesity.
Watch here as Big Bird finds himself in the White House kitchen looking for a healthy snack to eat:

Pretty cute, right? The PSAs will appear on 320 PBS stations across the country, and are part of a series of events taking place over the next two weeks to mark the third anniversary of Let's Move. On Friday, the first lady appears on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Wonder if they can top last year's hilarious potato sack race? Then, next week, Mrs. Obama will go on a two-day tour visiting Mississippi, Illinois and Missouri, showcasing the progress that has been made over the past three years and what more she hopes to accomplish over the next four.
Last year, we were lucky to be on the plane with Mrs. Obama as she marked anniversary #2. We might have a chance to catch up with her again this year. Stay tuned!
Will she wear some JCrew or Target on her Let's Move national tour? Check out Mrs. Obama wearing the brands we wear as well:
