Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

Very quick and easy! Individually wrapped in colored cellophane and given as gifts in decorative containers for any occasion!

Ingredients

2 c Peanut Butter		1 c Finely Chopped Pecans or Walnuts ( optional )
1 cn Chocolate OR Vanilla ( Your Favorite Brand ) Frosting

Mix all three ingrediants well in a microwaveable bowl with cover.

Microwave on high for one minute, take out of microwave and stir well, then place back in for another minute and a half.

Take out of microwave and stir quickly, then spread into a either 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 buttered pan. let cool completely then cut into one inch squares.
