NSD: What was your big turning point-either during the show or before that made you realize you needed to lose the weight?
When they make fun of daughter because of my weight -- that was one of them at the ranch when it hit me that I was not happy with myself.
NSD: What is one thing you wish you had known before going on The Biggest Loser?
How hard it was going to be dealing with myself.
NSD: Did you think it’s harder or easier to be on the show with a family member as a teammate as opposed to competing by yourself? For me, it had its ups and downs just because it was great being there with my mom, so that was good. But at the same time, I worried at lot for her. I needed to make sure she was ok. That the only down side of it. NSD: What is one thing that keeps you motivated? NSD: What is your favorite workout? NSD: What's the best advice Bob or Jillian has given you? NSD: What is your favorite meal or snack? NSD: What's something viewers at home wouldn't know from watching the show?
NSD: If you could have done one thing differently during the show, what would it be?Things happen for a reason. If I could get the time back, I would take care of myself more.
NSD: What was the hardest thing to adapt to while being on the ranch?
For me, it was living with that many people and having everyone on my personal space.
When I don't feel like working out, I leave the house. What helps me is the outdoors. I do better outside, just for a walk with my baby outside is good. When it come to junk food, all the time I am going to spend working out just to get that out of my system makes it easier to avoid.
I enjoy spinning and hiking.

My favorite snack is a rice cake with cream cheese and jelly. My favorite meal is salmon with orange glaze and salad.
I am a very sweet person and very outgoing who now loves life more then ever.
