Miley Cyrus' 21st Birthday Party Was Basically the "We Can't Stop" Video Come to Life

Of course the singer's bash included blow-up dolls and twerking!

Miley Cyrus celebrated her 21st birthday on Sunday night, and it was pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Details and photos have leaked from her wild party, which could be described as a hybrid of the "We Can't Stop" music video and a Stefon sketch from Saturday Night Live. There were strippers and drunk celebrities. There was a Dr. Seuss character. There were flying dwarves. Can't make this stuff up, folks. Read on for all the details!

THE VENUE: The party was held at one of Miley's favorite clubs, Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood, following the American Music Awards. The place was decked out with balloons, Miley blow-up dolls, giant Miley photos and masks of Miley's face -- just in case anyone forgot who the birthday girl was. Here are some pics taken by Nick Vos of the band The Rebound.

THE GUESTS: Kelly Osbourne, Emma Roberts, Ke$ha, Wiz Khalifa, Amber Rose, Tyler the Creator and One Direction's Liam Payne and Niall Horan were all in attendance. Liam had one of the night's most memorable encounters: he apparently saved DJ Calvin Harris from getting knocked out by one of the night's entertainers.

Also present: The Lorax and Chewbacca. No word as to whether they twerked.

THE ENTERTAINMENT: A troupe of dwarves was reportedly hired to re-create Miley's VMAs performance of "We Can't Stop." There was also a "professional twerk team" that included Amazon Ashley, and a performance by the aforementioned strippers. (See below.)

THE REFRESHMENTS: Tequila cocktails designed especially for the evening included the Wrecking Ball, the Miley-bu and the Bangerz. The main event, though, was the birthday cake, which was straddled by a miniature naked Miley, her ladyparts covered in marijuana leaves.

THE GIFTS: From her best friend Cheyne Thomas and club owner Jeff Beacher, Miley received a giant $150,000 bottle of champagne, dipped in gold and covered in Swarovski crystals. Her father Billy Ray Cyrus didn't attend the party, but he did step up his birthday game, giving her a $24,000 customized Can-Am Spyder motorcyle covered in the initials "MC."

As Miley tweeted the next morning: "Best birthday night ever."
