Don't get too comfortable with the current judges on American Idol. All three -- Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler -- have yet to renew their contracts. Just like last year, Lopez is openly hinting that she might not return. And sources tell E! that neither Jackson nor Tyler is a sure thing.
Meanwhile, FOX is looking at other stars who might replace them. "Producers are currently putting out feelers and setting up meetings to see who they can get," a source told E!. "We won't know if Randy and Steven are returning until they see who else is on board."

As for will.i.am, he's already a friend of the show, having acted as a mentor a number of times.
Meanwhile, there's a whole other parade of celebrities being considered for the hosting spot at The X Factor. At this early stage there are lots of names on that list. But how's this for a hosting duo: Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian! Yep, both are in consideration.
