Though Miley Cyrus wasn't even born in the 1980s, the pop sensation is taking on one of the decade's most beloved tunes, Poison's "Every Rose Has its Thorn."
"'Every Rose' is one of her all-time favorite songs and she is really excited about cutting it," Miley's mom Tish Cyrus told People.com.
So what does Poison frontman Bret Michaels think of Miley remaking his classic rock ballad? Well, he must be thrilled -- he's helping her record it! Bret has been in the studio with Miley, helping her produce her version of the song, and sources are whispering that the rocker may just appear on the track, as well.
