Will Miley Cyrus ever go back to her demure days? It sure doesn't seem like it, after the singer-actress arrived at the VH1 Divas concert in L.A. on Dec. 16 in a form-fitting black dress adorned with cutouts down each side. Showing some skin on the red carpet can be way sexy, but Miley's look turned out tacky instead.
