Milk and Honey Smoothie

Freeze the banana first to make this smoothie into a creamy concoction that kids will have a hard time differentiating from a milkshake. The important thing about freezing bananas is to peel them first! It’s a great way to use up slightly overripe fruit; when it comes to bananas, brown is sweeter.

    1 cup milk 1/2 teaspon vanilla extract
    1 large banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen Dash of grated nutmeg
    2 tablespoons honey
