Baguette slices dress up the classic tuna melt, turning it into a terrific party food that both kids and adults will enjoy.

| 1 6-oz. can tuna, drained | 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil | |
| 3 tablespoons mayonnaise | 1 baguette, cut into 16 thin slices | |
| 1 stalk celery, finely diced | 1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery and sesame oil.
Lay baguette slices on a baking sheet and spread a couple teaspoons of the tuna mixture on each. Heap each slice with a tablespoon of the grated cheddar cheese.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and just starting to bubble. Serve immediately.
