    1 6-oz. can tuna, drained 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 baguette, cut into 16 thin slices
    1 stalk celery, finely diced 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery and sesame oil.

      Lay baguette slices on a baking sheet and spread a couple teaspoons of the tuna mixture on each. Heap each slice with a tablespoon of the grated cheddar cheese.

      Cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and just starting to bubble. Serve immediately.
