Missing kissing?

My husband and I have been married less than two months. He never kisses me on the mouth anymore, and I feel like we need that to be close. What can I do?

Question:

Some people don't like kissing. It's possible that he kissed you while you were dating because it was expected of him. Now he may want to give it up. If that's the case, the two of you should talk about it and work out a compromise. On the other hand, if he no longer wants to kiss you, it could be a sign that something is wrong with the relationship. I don't want to speculate what the problem might be -- I just want to alert you to the possibility. Again, communication is the key to finding out what's wrong. If you can't easily remedy the problem, then I would advise you to go to a marriage counselor as soon as possible.
