    3-4 scoops soft chocolate ice cream 1 lb 2 oz (500 g) mixed summer berries, such as raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and red currants
    3-4 scoops soft vanilla ice cream drizzle of creme de cassis or other liqueur of your choice (optional)
    8 in round plain sponge cake
